I had the same experience as the two people below me! Signed up for two months and then had to move. Didn't use the membership ONCE and can't get a refund. I even asked if I could not do a full refund but just don't charge me for the second month. GUESS WHAT! Got the e mail today that the charge went through for the second month. I called and called and when I reached some one and they told me they'd call me back, they didn't. When I called and left a voicemail a few days later, still no call back!!! So much for friendly local businesses. Never recommending it unless I'm contacted and something changes. But this is ridiculous!!!!
I came in here for a birthday party. Was here for maybe five minutes looking for my husbands friend couldn't find him so decided to get a drink and wait, my husband and I (we are in our 20s) sat down at the bar, I handed the bartender our IDs (SHE) told me and my husband [HER BOSS TOLD HER SHE COULDN'T SERVE US BECAUSE WE CAME IN STAGGERING].. I had not been drinking at all. I watched her serve people that were more intoxicated then my husband.finally ran into my husbands friend, told him and he was like really, she served him and he had been drinking more than my husband. I Will not ever spend my money here again.
Awesome service and staff! Thanks K.c., Ash, Happy, and Colon! It's always nice to have you serve us and provide top quality drinks. Appreciate the nice ambience and free popcorn!
Bartenders which shouldn't be in a customer service position. April is pushy and disrespectful of customers. Angela turns the music up so loud that patrons can't hear each other speak. Ambiance is plain and bland. The patio is small and makes it awkward to share with others as well as the smoking allotted on the side. Not worth the time.

What a wide swing in entertainment: from the highs of Sandy and Curt to the horrible lows of Tamblacka. Come on, John! Screen the music better. The quality of your food deserves it. I'll keep coming in for the great burgers; making sure the BlackBalka Band won't be there to ruin the flavor. Food Good, Band Bad.
Great course, great staff inside and out.
I used to go here as a kid and to now see that its closed. Its sad. I wish they could bring it back.
Our Memories museum hours are not as listed. They are Tues & Fri 11AM-4PM, and Sat, 11AM - 3PM. Be sure to show up an hour early before closing so as to be able to see the rooms. Fabulous museum with local and regional displays!
100.3,The X is having a contest for free tickets to the Rock show on June 18. Listen for chance to win.
Arrived for lunch and when looking for my group the greeter said "your bad group is back behind the kitchen ". We waited for a long time and had to ask for the server to take our orders. They said they ran out of frys for the last couple of our party as they served them. No offer to discount their meals. The first to get served finished their meals before the last of our group were served. And the food was poor. One example was green peppers in the blueberry pancakes. :(
I will never go there again.
Patch is also where I found God. While many people who work at Patch are SDA, the program is run strictly from a just Christian perspective. The people here are REAL, and religion was never forced. I grew closer to God because of the friends who portrayed Him in a very loving way and really lived a lifestyle that proved it. I can't say enough good things about it.
The program was strict. Exact bedtimes and meal schedules, manual outside labor each day including yard work and mowing. We had to finish all of our food (I gained a little weight which I later lost, and they've since taken this requirement away), but we were treated with respect and love and were never in any danger of being abused in any way. I was taught how to properly interact with my family and set boundaries where needed. Now, 6 years later, I am on my way to completing my goals! I've just finished my Associate Degree of Science and am happily married. We are both working and loving life, and my mom and I visit each other quite often. I can't say enough good about the structure and stability that literally saved me as a teen. I shudder to think of who I would have married or where I'd be right now if I hadn't gone here. Yes, it's expensive, but it's also life changing.
Patch was life-changing. Honestly. Before I went, I was this immature, incredibly spoiled, never take no for an answer, spoiled brat! I was such a pain to everyone around me and didn't have any appreciation for hard work, rules, or doing what was right. During the year, Patch and the amazing group of staff that worked there taught me that "yes means yes" and "no means no," that I was in charge of my own body and that I could set high standards with guys and eventually I would find and marry the man of my dreams (which I did 1 year ago). They had me do counselling sessions with my peers every day and school 10 weeks on 3 weeks off all year (to accommodate the constant influx of teens). I was with 8 other girls for the year and we were not allowed to have contact with the boys dorm the whole time. While this may seem harsh, it was what we needed to focus on "us".
I was sent to PATCH when I was 14 (almost 15), in 2009. I was sent to Patch to deal with Sexual Abuse issues, Anger Management, Hostility towards my mom (who was raising me by herself) and Running Away problems. I was not in the drug scene (although most other teens there were). I was sent to Patch in the middle of the night because most teens (obviously) if they knew they were about to encounter something like this would try to escape from it. I was beyond angry and felt betrayed to have been sent there. I cried and yelled and screamed at my mom and step dad until they left me. But over the next 15 months, I came to realize that this was one of the most selfless decisions my mom would ever make for me.

Please correct the phone number listed above.
Absolutely AWFUL!!!! I will N.E.V.E.R come back!!!!! Not only a 10 minute wait, but the two cashiers helped the couple that came AFTER me. Before I even got in line I asked about the bronco specials to the ridiculously rude cashier that ring me up. Once we finally got served another 5 mins later, because I guess it takes two to do a cake, then the other cashier forgot my cone, proceeded to almost put my ice cream in the same cup as the third cone, almost forgot my cup of ice cream entirely until I pointed it out, then one of them rang me in for 11.41$ for 4 blue/orange specials. When I corrected the rude cashier she exactly said: "um well that's for junior sizes!" Um yea that's what I ASKED for!!! I paid for that garbage yes, and that lead cashier was RUDE as ever, and for a first time visit since moving to the area, I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS AND ANY REFERRALS ELSEWHERE if that is how you run your business!!! Ugh, not even so much as an apology for screwing things up!!!
Great food, great staff, great music, great decor, great beers...
