Parks and Recreation said pets would be allowed along the Greenbelt Pathway that borders the south end of Marianne Williams Park near the Boise River, but wants to prohibit dogs and other domestic pets from the rest of the park.
As of Dec. 11, 9,505 applications for health insurance plans have been completed on the site. Those applications represent 15,048 Idahoans, 7,133 of whom have been deemed eligible for financial assistance with their health plans.
Analysts say that excluding holidays, people enrolling in new health care plans by the Dec. 23 deadline have only a few days to pay their first premium. Missing the deadline could create a coverage gap.
