Part of a chain of upscale, international gentlemen’s clubs, the scene at Spearmint Rhino Boise, like all such clubs in Idaho, is more bikini and less strip. But the bar is raucous, the Pay-Per-View is often on and the bar food is decent. And the gals, bikinis and all, are friendly and know how to shake. In the heart of the Linen District, the Spearmint is not a bad place to drop a wad of bills.
