FYI, this is an article from 2009. Check out the updated 2012 version here:
BW contacted Brewforia before publication, at which time the company couldn’t verify the exact amount of money involved in their lawsuit with the City of Boise, but said it was around $7,800 and that the case was still pending.
On Thursday, Aug. 30, the Ada County Courthouse confirmed that Judge Patricia Young closed the civil case on June 22, awarding the city $10,635.61. The clerk also said that Brewforia hasn't satisfied the claim against it, having not made any payments towards that judgment.
Asked for clarification, Brewforia owner Rick Boyd said the following via email:
“I had not been made aware of any judgement so this was as much a shock to me as it was to you. Right now I don't have anything to add to the story since I haven't had an opportunity to look into this. Sorry.”
It's located at 450 S. Meridian Road, Ste. 15.
This is also apocalyptically icky...
... shards of floating, gelatinized beef fat. Yum.

Chad53, it would only be considered "basquerading" if you basquetardize the culture.
There's an excellent Fresh Air story on this trend called, "When Right-Wing Extremism Moves Mainstream."
