What about the bicyclist that deliberately rides 3 feet inside the lane, instead of in the bike lane?
Can I file for obstruction of traffic, or reckless biking?
And how much money would the State of Idaho lose due to lack of tax money paid for cigarette sales?
So, what programs would be hurt by that lack of funding?
That federal money goes to more than just smokers.
So, what would be massivley taxed to make up for that monetary lack?

Review of “Fresh Pasty Pies”
Location Fred Meyer shopping plaza, Orchard and Franklin.
First surprise, these are not for a snack, but are actually meal worthy fair.
The crust is thin, but not so thin it falls apart. One of the many nice things is that the pie is not mostly crust (as I have seen in some other places) and the way the edges of the crust are pressed together show the same care that was put into the filling. There is a wonderful balance of the spices, so that the flavors do not overwhelm the fillings.
The gravy is light enough that it complements the whole thing, without drowning the other flavors.
And, for an added bonus, some live music on Fridays.
Definitely worth the stop.
