Why the heck did our state lawmakers keep the end-of-life care component in this law anyway? They need to go back and fix this - putting someone else's conscience before my rights as a patient is simply wrong. very suprising that in a state where personal rights are taken so seriously they move this one forward.
and I sure hope lawmakers are paying attention to the stats on AARP voters...

soo - we can are required to carry auto insurance in case we get in a car accident. But shouldn't have to do the same for in case we have a health emregency? I heard the Gov say that people who don't have health insurance don't want it - simply untrue, most of them can't afford it - the rconciliation bill addresses that and all Idaho can do is stand in the way....real smart move folks!
