Why are we talking about this?
If you think the borders between "rape" and "not rape" are at all unclear then obviously those three presentations you sat through didn't do any good. Not raping someone is a really simple, two-step process.
Step 1: Ask yourself if you are in a position where meaningful informed consent is possible between yourself and your potential sexual partner(s). If the answer is anything other than a clear and unambiguous 'yes' then do not proceed with sexual contact. Otherwise proceed to step 2.
