Flying out to NY first thing in the morning, I was hesitant to try a new Sushi Place. A diligent connoisseur of Sushi, I rarely get my hopes to high. Sat down in a very comfortable decor, to notice right off, how clean the place was.
The Japanese chef really takes the custom of cookery as sacred to heart. Not sure if I was ready for the $18.95 all you can eat, until I read the menu; I knew what I wanted, and I knew I was ordering the all you can eat.
Unbelievable, stellar, remarkable, the list of adjectives could go on all night. Nothing short of perfection, considering I will be in NY tomorrow, I would gladly have paid $100.00 for this sublime offering. $31.00 final check, and I left a measly $10.00 tip (bad juju to over tip first time in). I cannot wait to come back to Boise and dine here again. Sushi Ya I will dream of you.
