I haven't been a sushi lover for long. I'm likened to a lot of people who aren't so sure about the raw thing, or the fish egg thing, etc. However! I decided to sit down at the bar and watch the sushi chef do his thing and I would make a decision on what I wanted to try. Despite my inclination to only order a simple California roll, the chef (I wish I could remember his name) and a manager/server (Adam) opened my eyes to a whole world of sushi I never knew existed. It was so good the first time, I went back just a couple of days later for round two. They take their sushi seriously but they do it in such a comfortable atmosphere, it's great for lunch, dinner, dates! I recommend this restaurant to sushi lovers of all kinds.
