I came to Sushi-Ya and spent 20 bucks for the all you can eat special. Needless to say the value was great. At the sushi place i used to frequent 20 bucks would get me 3-4 rolls. The roll selection was extensive. There were about 35 different choices made to order. The service was extraordinary fast. I received my sushi in an average of about 30 seconds. I credit this service with the owner, who actually works behind the sushi bar. I love to see an owner involved in his restaurant.
There was a particular roll that absolutely blew my mind. The Hurricane roll is spicy tuna with an amazing sauce drizzled over the top. Honestly one of the best sushi rolls i have ever had (and ive had a 130 dollar sushi meal in vegas.)
The staff members were all polite. The establishment was clean. Its a great place to take people even if they aren't fond of the idea of sushi. I took my Girlfriend who coming in thought the idea of raw fish was gross. She came out basically planning our next trip. I cant complement this place enough.
