Ug. "Ad agency." So 20th Century. The simple fact is Ron and I use our real names/Twitter handles. Unlike the anonymous commenters (funny that one is named "transparency") we're always open about who we are IRL. I can only assume there are reasons why the others aren't.
Our interest is simply having accurate facts reported. We can all disagree, but ignoring facts or making unsubstantiated accusations doesn't help anyone. More importantly, it doesn't help Boise.
Why would you run a correction and then leave this mis-information up? (A) It is confusing; (B) It makes it very easy for people to quote your mis-information.
This seems like a horrible excuse for journalism. What happened? Honestly, this approach wherein BW publishes incorrect facts (obviously without checking out both sides) then issues a half-ass apology, but keeps incorrect facts in place, is sad. Reminds me of the Swift Boat boys.
