as for the graffiti, yes the cops should put more time (gang task force) into cracking down on the gang presence all over this country. most of the gangs in the usa are affiliated with mexico. store owners and store clerks that sell spray paint cans should be cracking down on whom they sell it to. "like a 70 y/o grandpa"(sarcasm). now with the panhandlers. if you believe they really need help, buy them some pot pies and some tang or something. probably not all of them have drug or booze problems, but if i think they are in severe dire straights then i will give them food not money.
i only see the prisoners paying their debt to society!
“The plan was to sticky note the hallways, the doors, the windows, the lockers just sticky note everywhere. Just colorful hallways down every hallway,” said a student that was charged.
The seniors also brought along some zip ties and bound the handles of the lockers.
the yahoo media has blown this way out of the water as well as the meridian cops. the kids never broke into the school "joann" there was no breaking and entering, there was no littering. i do NOT see any crimes committed except the curfew violations and the cops falsely charging students with malicious injury to property and unlawful entry. the students had a key. the students at eagle high school (less than 15 miles away) were not charged for putting 24,000 cups of water in the hallways.
look, my point is that there are murderers, rapists, thieves and wanted felons out on the streets of boise and meridian and the cops choose to harass and abuse their power towards high school students for innocent pranks. are you serious bro'ski??
