One must consider that a large proportion of the county is comprised of BYU-I students. Considering Madison was not a large county compared to the others that house a university or college, and the fact that the students are strongly encouraged to get married and begin their families ASAP, the numbers are no surprise.
I love Richard...he fought long and hard to find a job in Idaho after the Republican machine did everything they could think of to force him to leave the state so he couldn't run for office. He's loyal to our state: He didn't run out to the first big money offer to lobby and live in Washington. He knows what we face and will work for us. Soooooo supporting him for Congress! All the way, baby!
