I don't think he should have been fired. Obviously he wasn't trying to be disrespectful to his boss/job, or the tweet wouldn't have been removed within 14 seconds. I can only assume he realized nearly immediately that he had posted on the wrong twitter account and he attempted to rectify the situation right away. I understand it was a bit inappropriate but it wasn't that profane. The comment certainly didn't reflect negatively on Labrador specifically, from my point of view, but firing him somewhat does.
