Fair enough then, I am not going to argue over the definition of words here. I simply posted because I wanted to shed some positive light on the good things about this app and the potential it does have. That is all. :)

Actually, my "boss" didn't tell me to post anything. If you must know, I work for a bank downtown boise. I have no business affiliation with Salmon Social. Nice try, but I just think the app is a cool idea.
I agree with Bryan. This app is a great idea. A lot of the apps you guys are mentioning in the above comments - I have not even heard of. Most use the basics...Instagram, Facebook, Twitter...maybe a different app on occasion. None of those do what Salmon Social is providing. I am ecstatic about this app, and I think like Bryan said, it will only get better with time and with more popularity. The point is that it has the POTENTIAL to be great like any other app out there, and I commend Bryan and his team on putting this app out there and promoting it. Maybe you should give the app a chance rather than slandering it and slandering Bryan's hard work on the comments. It takes one leader, and one follower to start a movement. Bryan led, and there are people who do LOVE Salmon Social and will continue to promote it and help it to grow. I think it's terrible you have the nerve to get on here and slander someone else's hard work. Constructive criticism is one thing, but to get on here and laugh and stand behind your computer to do so is terrible. When Salmon Social gets big, you'll eat your words.
