      <![CDATA[Oy. It's hard to be impressed with Wal-Mart's newfound epiphany, after years of bleeding taxpayers by paying employees so little that they were forced to use government benefits, emergency rooms, etc. Too little, too late.<br>
<br>
And Wal-Mart: if you really believe in employer-provided healthcare now, how about just doing it, and not waiting for a law?
