The big wigs behind Zion's Bank who are footing the bill for a $76 million, 18-story tower to fill the hole, put enough stock in that claim to enlist the help of Mike Cutler, Boise State professor and Lakota tribe member, who performed a ceremony to remove three separate curses plaguing the parcel of land. In all seriousness, Cutler's ceremony urged attendees to live with a good heart.
