It's a bit ironic that a restaurant that lists burgers as side dishes would come out on top in this category. But you can't argue with the simple fact that Boise Fry Company serves up one heck of a side dish. The formula for success is simple: serve fresh, local beef and free-range bison, serve it on potato wheat rolls baked fresh daily and top it off with locally grown veggies. Even the non-carnivores love the burgers here--the veggie burger made from quinoa and black beans, at least. We have to say, these burgers are the perfect accompaniment to any variety of fry (which aren't too bad, either).
