Who needs shark week? Landlocked Boise has its own watery suspense at the Idaho Aquarium. In February, feds hauled two of its executives away in cuffs after they were accused of illegally purchasing marine life. Ammon Covino and Chris Conk were each charged with conspiracy and three counts of illegally purchasing federally protected fish. Each count is punishable by up to five years in prison. Meanwhile, Covino's nephew, Peter Covino, is in troubled waters of his own. A federal jury convicted him of obstructing justice by trying to destroy records. Hmmm, something smells fishy.
