Best Stimulus Project

New Greenbelt Bridge at 36th Street

Editors' Picks

The new Greenbelt bridge at 36th Street provides a safer route for kids to get to school, and for cyclists and pedestrians to easily travel between Boise and Garden City, easing traffic and improving air quality. When the Ray Neef River Park is finished, it will provide an excellent viewing point. How could the region afford the $750,000 price tag? That pesky stimulus plan. Seems like money well spent to us.
