The Big Potato, the Idaho Potato Commission's 6-ton promotional item, is on its fifth cross-country journey after first rolling out in 2012 to celebrate the commission's 75th anniversary. After a few stops in Indiana and Nebraska, the Big Idaho Potato is scheduled to roll back to eastern Idaho later this week.
