The Ada County Coroner has identified the body discovered floating in the Boise River September 27 as 20-year-old Parker Hill of Boise. Police are still investigating the exact cause of death but initial reports indicated that there was no foul play.

Detectives are investigating the death of a man whose body was found floating in the Boise River September 27.
An eyewitness spotted the body in the water alongside a dam, near the 9000 block of West Duck Lake Drive in Garden City, just before 11 a.m. Sunday. Boise and Garden City police officers responded to the incident and are cooperating in the investigation.
The identity has not yet been released and the Ada County Coroner is still determining the cause of death, but initial reports indicate that the there was no foul play involved.
