Brandon Bahr, 24, is charged with first degree murder and aggravated assault.

On Monday afternoon, the Ada County Coroner's Office identified the victim of a fatal shooting at the Boise Depot as 21-year-old Zacheriah Peterson of Boise.
Coroner Dotti Owens said Peterson died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
Meanwhile, Boise Police detectives are asking that anyone with information regarding the incident which occurred between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. on September 23rd to contact Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS (2677).
During his arraignment, murder suspect 24-year-old Brandon Bahr, also of Boise was ordered held without bail. According to prosecutors, Bahr and Peterson knew each other, but not details regarding the shooting incident were revealed at Bahr's arraignment.

A Boise man is behind bars, charged with a fatal shooting at the Boise Depot in the evening hours of Sept. 23.
Police responded to a call of a shot fired at the depot at approximately 8:50 p.m. Wednesday. When officers arrived on the scene they found a 24-year-old man had been shot in chest. He was rushed to an area hospital but died a short time later. Witnesses told police the victim had been involved in a verbal argument with another man prior to the shooting.
Police began an intense search and, with the assistance of Meridian police, located the suspect early Thursday morning at the intersection of West Cherry Lane and North Ten Mile Road in Meridian.
Brandon Bahr, 24, of Boise, was booked into the Ada County Jail on two felony counts of first degree murder and aggravated assault.
Police said they believe they have discovered a possible motive for the shooting, but have not made that information public.
