Boise police are asking for the public's help in their investigation into a Feb. 24 dog attack near Borah Park and Borah High School.
Police said a yellow lab was repeatedly attacked by two unleashed dogs believed to be pit bulls. The lab's owner told police she repeatedly attempted to stop the attack by lying on top of the dog, but her dog was still seriously injured and needed treatment at a veterinary hospital. The woman also said the pit bulls' owner loaded the dogs into a vehicle and drove away from the scene.
BPD said the incident occurred Wednesday, Feb. 24 on Aurora Drive, near Borah High School and Borah Park. Anyone with information is being asked to call Boise Police Officer Tim Beaudoin at 208-570-6300.
Felonies were filed Oct. 21 against March, who has been charged with felony counts of 1st Degree Murder, Burglary and Grand Theft. Barclay has been charged with felony counts of Burglary and Grand Theft, and is currently in custody.
