A Boise woman accused of prostitution is behind bars following what Boise police said was a two-month investigation.

Detectives said they received information in May that a local woman had been soliciting sex through online advertisements in the Boise area. Law enforcement said they found evidence the suspect had received money in exchange for sex and also attempted to exploit a minor known to her.

Christina Campagna, 19, of Boise, was arrested July 14 and booked into the Ada County Jail on felony charges of procurement and inducing a person under 18 years of age into prostitution.
