Coldest Beer 2007: The Process 

Each official tester ordered a domestic draft from a tapped keg—Pabst and Budweiser preferred, next closest if those were unavailable. A high-tech digital thermometer was immediately plopped into the glass and the temperature recorded. Our fleet of testers made an impressive and valiant effort to hit as many draft-serving bars—emphasis on bars, some restaurants without a designated bar area were omitted—in the Boise, Meridian and Eagle area as possible, but this is a Herculean feat, and we are mere mortals. We apologize for any missed venues—please contact us and we will put you on the list for next year.
