The U.S. Marshall's Office in Boise is seeking public assistance in locating a pair of fugitives.
The first is Brian Agee, 33, who despite his sleepy-looking mug shot, is considered by officers to be armed and dangerous. He is wanted on a failure to appear warrant stemming from an aggravated DUI arrest in May 2005. Agee is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 200 pounds, with brown hair (but not much, according to his photo) and blue eyes.
The second scofflaw is 30-year-old Vance Caswell, or according to his alias, James Donovan. (You know what they say about not trusting someone with two first names? That goes double in the case of an alias.) Caswell is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and a svelt 130 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a scar by his left eye and another on his back, and he may be driving a red four-door Acura Integra with license plate number 2C Z8713. Caswell escaped from the Port of Hope halfway house in Nampa on January 24, where he was serving a sentence for armed bank robbery. He is also considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information about either fugitive is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 343-COPS.
