Want to have a say in the way Ada County develops?

The Board of Ada County Commissioners is recruiting two new members for the Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission—volunteer positions that help make sure proposed developments meet county ordinances.

Both positions are for three-year terms on the seven-member commission, which meets twice a month.

Those interested in the positions must live in an unincorporated area in the county and have lived in the area for at least two years.

A volunteer board application can be picked up at the Commissioners' office in the Ada County Courthouse, 200 W. Front St., or downloaded at AdaWeb.net. Completed applications must be received by Feb. 29. For more information, call 208-287-7000.
