Huh? Back to prison? Daaang.

An inmate at the Idaho State Correctional Institution was mistakenly released last Saturday for a movie's worth of time. Thomas J. Reusser, 29, was serving one to five years on an aggravated DUI charge, but he was booted out of ISCI because June 3 was listed in his records as his full-term release date, according to a Department of Correction release. However, officials soon realized that Reusser's status as a parole violator should have extended that release date. Two-and-a-half hours after they confirmed their mistake, Reusser was back behind bars. No word yet on how he spent his time out.
