It’s Alive ... After Five That Is 

A look and listen at music in the grove

The annual Alive After Five summer concert series is in full force, so it’s not surprising that Boise has aligned itself with a string of great bands and good beer. With fun-loving music and people infiltrating the downtown area every Wednesday evening, it’s an event difficult to resist.

Tonight’s concert features the instrumentalist turned singer-songwriter, Tony Furtado. His recent release, Thirteen, has put him on the radar as an up-and-coming musical artist.

Furtado’s eclectic use of instruments and rhythms make his songs wide-ranging and his performance an essential one to see. Join this musician and opening artist Bill Well tonight at 5 p.m. at the Boise Centre on the Grove Plaza and prepare to be amazed.
