Kennedy and Snapp Still on the Lam 

Boise Police have identified the man and woman believed to be involved in a violent purse theft last month. No, the purse wasn't violent. Tracy Kennedy was, allegedly, when she grabbed a purse from a woman in a local grocery store on November 11. Then Kennedy and husband Sheldon P. Snapp supposedly dragged the victim behind their car when the victim chased them to get her purse back. The suspects are wanted on robbery charges, and are known to have relatives the Nampa-Caldwell area. They drive a gold or tan 1990 Honda Accord with Oregon plates.
