Boise police have arrested a northern Idaho woman and charged her with felony counts of using stolen credit card numbers at a series of Boise retail outlets through the week of Nov. 8-15.
Police said they found evidence the suspect made several purchases using credit cards that had been stolen or compromised from out-of-state victims. Police added when they arrested the suspect at a Boise Bench hotel, they also found several credit cards with stolen numbers.
Jessica Percoco, 31, of Clark Fork, was booked into the Ada County Jail on felony counts of burglary and fraudulent use of a transaction card.
Boise police also reported Tuesday they had arrested a Caldwell man, charged with three counts of lewd conduct with a child.
Police said their investigation began Nov. 9, when they received a report of alleged sexual activity with a child under the age of 16 who, detectives said, met the suspect online.
Ultimately, Jose Martinez, 31, was located at a West Boise residence and booked into the Ada County Jail on three felony counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16.
