The Bourne Ultimatum Original Motion Picture Soundtrack(music by John Powell)

You've been stricken with a severe case of amnesia. You are on a quest to discover who you are and where you learned to kick the living poo out of everyone who comes at you with a deadly weapon. A relentless stream of policemen and mysterious assassins chases you from Moscow to Paris to London; some, you merely thrash but most, you exterminate. Your quest for the origin of your seriously killer instincts finds you leaping across rooftops in Tangiers. Throughout the mayhem and the murder, there is one burning question: Where is that dark, edgy orchestra music coming from?

It's coming from the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to the blockbuster movie, The Bourne Ultimatum, a score that sets well the action movie's searching, serious tone. It was written by John Powell, who also composed the scores for the The Bourne Identity and The Bourne Supremacy, as well as the films Happy Feet, X-Men and Mr. and Mrs. Smith. The songs on the album are played by a full orchestra, and they swing from bursts of focused energy to the feeling that a highly skilled, lost body would have as it methodically searches for its soul. Moby penned and performed the last track, "Extreme Ways (Bourne's Ultimatum)," which sounds like you are finally stepping out of a very long, very dark tunnel and into the sunlight after rediscovering who you are and where you got those mad skills.
