Whether it deserves a "woo-hoo" or a "boo-hoo" depends entirely upon your perspective, but our staff, assisted by the wordsmith Mr. Bill Cope, has addressed the issues that rubbed us the right way or wrong way in 2005. And if I may say so, 2006 is shaping up to be a banner year for potential spuds and duds already.
