Trick or Truculent? Visitor Punches Out Idaho Actress at Halloween Theme Park

"What the hell, man," she said after getting punched several times in the forehead, according to a police report.

The actors at Scarywood in Idaho's Panhandle are accustomed to giving visitors a fright. But things got a bit out of hand Oct. 18 at the Halloween-themed attraction at Silverwood Theme Park in Athol.

The Coeur d'Alene Press reports that a male visitor spotted "what he thought to be a stuffed doll" crouched behind a box when he punched the doll several times in the face. But the doll was actually an actress.

"What the hell, man," she said after getting punched several times in the forehead, according to a police report.

"Wow, I thought you were a thing," responded the man.

After contacting an attorney, the man declined to give law enforcement a statement, according to the Press.

Meanwhile, the actress had a "half-dollar size lump which was darkening in color" after taking off her makeup. She indicated that she wanted to press charges against the man.

Scarywood management said that signs at the attractions tell guests not to touch the actors and all of the actors are instructed to contact security personnel if they're touched or feel uncomfortable.
