Boise Police released a surveillance photo Friday evening in hopes that the public will help them identify an alleged bank robber.
Police were summoned the D.L. Evans Bank on the 600 block of Fairview Avenue just after 6 p.m. March 31. That's where a bank clerk told authorities that a man, who did not display a weapon, demanded cash and took off with an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect, described as a white male, about 30-years-old and approximately 6-feet tall and wearing blue jeans and white shoes and a blue hat. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
Meanwhile, a Washington State man has been convicted of robbing two Boise banks last year, one in April 2015 and another in July 2015. Boise Police said

Kent Williams, 48, was convicted to two counts of robbery and unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
multiple law enforcement agencies assisted in the arrest of 48-year-old Kent Williams who already had a criminal history in King County, Washington. Williams was convicted March 30 of two felony counts of robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon along with sentencing enhancements for being a persistent violator and use of a deadly weapon in commission of a felony. He'll be sentenced in Ada County Court on May 23rd.
