Pete Wadams, drummer for local band XeX, was in a car accident last week. To help defray some of his medical costs, his friends in the music community are putting on a benefit: Midline, Paylface, L.G.E., Frantik and Denots will come together at the Big Easy for an all-ages rock show. Businesses around the valley and JagerMusic have donated some great raffle items and raffle tickets are only $2. Tickets to the show are just $5 (or you can pick up free tickets from Midline, Paylface, L.G.E. or Frantik) and 100 percent of the proceeds go to the Peter Wadams Trust Fund. Cash donations can also be made to the trust fund through Mountain West Banks or by visiting www.xex.cc. Updates on Wadams’ condition can be viewed at http://myweb.cableone.net/cfuqua/pete.htm. On behalf of Boise Weekly, we wish Wadams and his family the best. Saturday, April 15, 7 p.m., $5, all ages, Big Easy, 416 S. 9th St.
