For the third concert, the Boise Master Chorale w presents a concert titled Westward Ho: Cowboys and the American West in Song. The Chorale will sing about the "Corral" and other icons of America's westward expansion with the help from real cowboy poets. $20

The Cabin's 2009-2010 line up of literary guests for Readings and Conversations welcomes Frank Deford, commentator on National Public Radio’s Morning Edition. Deford has been voted Sportswriter of the Year 10 times by Sports Illustrated, shares correspondent duties on HBO’s Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel, and is a member of the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Hall of Fame. Deford is the author of 15 books including his most recent release The Entitled.
