Reports this morning are that after Osama Bin Laden was shot once in the head by U.S. Special Forces in Abbottabad, Pakistan, his body was buried at sea.

Since President Barack Obama's nationally televised address last night announcing Bin Laden's death, crowds gathered at Ground Zero in New York and outside the White House.

The New York Times has a slideshow of events on its homepage this morning.

Early reports last night said a 33-year-old man in Abbottabad unknowingly live-Tweeted about the U.S. operation. NPR has more on his story, as well as a photo of what is believed to have been Bin Laden's compound.
