Todd Lippincott, 48, is charged with delivery of a controlled substance and parole violation.

Following a Tuesday night overdose at a Boise group home on the 3500 block of West State Street, Boise Police arrested a man for supplying prescription pills to the victim.

Todd Lippincott, 48, faces felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance and violating his parole. Witnesses told police that Lippincott provided an adult female with 15 Valiums. A short time later, the female was transported to a local hospital after ingesting some of the pills.

Police officers said they found that Lippincott had allegedly supplied the female with prescription medications previously.

Both Lippincott and the overdose victim were residents of the group home.
