Police Blotter: Credit Card Fraud, Assault and Injury to Children

Carla Young, 51, is charged with fraudulent possession of a credit card.

A Boise woman was locked up Wednesday, charged with a felony count of fraudulent possession of a credit card.

Boise Police said 51-year-old Carla Young is suspected of taking a credit card from her employer and using the card to obtain more than $10,000 worth of goods and services over the past few years.

Randy Wolfe, 52, is charged with assault, battery and intimidation of a states witness.

Police also busted 52-year-old Randy Wolfe of Boise, charging him with confronting a man in a home on the 2700 block of North Maple Grove Road, punching the victim in the face, knocking him to the ground and choking him. The victim told police the suspect also made threats against his life in connection with a prior criminal case.

Wolfe was charged with aggravated assault, battery and intimidation of a states witness.

Joshua Parkinson, 31, is charged with injury to a child and meth possession.

Ashley Parkinson, 23, is charged with injury to a child.

Police also said they arrested a Boise couple and placed their children into protective custody after discovering drug paraphernalia, spice and marijuana in a home on the 5600 block of West Overland Road Wednesday. Officers determined the drugs had been within the reach of two children residing in the home.

Joshua Parkinson, 31, and Ashley Parkison, 23, were both charged with felony counts of injury to a child.
