State of the State: Freshman Lawmaker Mat Erpelding on Personal Property Tax

There are 36 new legislators serving in the Idaho State Capitol today, including freshman lawmaker Boise Democrat Rep. Mat Erpelding, who was ready to begin work in the 2013 session. Outside the House chambers Monday following the governor's State of the State Address, Erpelding anticipated a proposal to roll back personal property tax will be a complex issue.
