Police Blotter: Arrests for Strangulation, Lewd Conduct, Drug Possession

Bradley Franklin, 24, is charged with attempted strangulation, malicious injury to property and interrupting a 911 call.

A Boise man is behind bars, charged with the assault of his female roommate.

Boise Police responded to a report of a fight in progress early Feb.3 at a residence near 27th and State streets. The victim told police that her roommate was chocking her, and when she tried to call police, he took her cellphone and then fled on foot.

Bradley Franklin, 24, is charged with attempted strangulation, interrupting a 911 call, and malicious injury to property.

Zackkary Wilcox, 19, is charged with lewd conduct with a minor under 16.


Police also report that they arrested a Boise man and charged him with inappropriate sexual contact with a minor at numerous residences over the last month. Police said the suspect was well known to the victim.

Dimas Narvaiz, 26, is charged with aggravated assault.

Tierney Gaona, 21, is charged with meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Boise Police also responded to a report of an assault at a home on the 1500 block of W. Alexandra Lane, where a victim said the a man had threatened his life with a handgun.

When police stopped the suspect's vehicle the morning of Feb. 2, they recovered a handgun, meth and a hypodermic needle allegedly belonging to a passenger in the vehicle.

Dimas Narvaiz, 26, of Boise is charged with aggravated assault and 21-year-old Tierney Gaona of Boise is charged with meth possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
