Driving With No Headlights Leads to Drug Bust

Posted By on Thu, Feb 21, 2013 at 9:20 AM

Alex Weber, 42, is charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges.

What began as a traffic stop because a Nampa man was driving with no headlights on resulted in a felony drug bust.

Boise Police said when they stopped the vehicle on Pershing Drive early this morning, a police K-9 alerted law enforcement to the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a package of meth.

Alex Weber, 42, of Nampa was booked into the Ada County Jail on charges of meth and drug paraphernalia possession and driving without privileges.
