Police Blotter: Drug Charges and Felony Injury to a Child

Allison Broderson, 30, is charged with felony injury to a child.

A Boise woman is behind bars, charged with a felony count of injuring a child.

Boise Police said that the suspect is accused of choking, scratching and bruising a male juvenile under the age of 13. The investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

30-year-old Allison Broderson of Boise was booked into the Ada County Jail on a charge of injury to a child.

Jamie Neider, 42, is charged with meth possession, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and probation violation.

Boise Police also report that officer responded to a report of an overnight fight on the 8200 block of West Fairview Avenue. A search of a male suspect revealed a concealed knife and approximately 1.7 grams of meth. The suspect was also on probation.

42-year-old Jamie Neider of Boise was charged with possession of meth, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and parole violation charges.

Aitor Artiach, 38, is charged with possession of meth, methadone and drug paraphernalia and probation violation.

Police received a citizen report of possible drug activity taking place in a restroom at a business on the 100 block of South Sixth Street Aug. 5. Officers said the suspect was on felony probation. A search of the suspect also revealed meth and methadone pills.

38-year-old Aitor Artiach of Boise was charged with possession of meth and methadone, as well as drug paraphernalia and felony probation violation charges.

Richard Vaughan, 24, is charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Boise narcotics detectives, working with Garden City investigators, said they arrested a Boise man in connection with an ongoing investigation of controlled substances. Detectives said the suspect was involved in the sale of bath salts and marijuana at a Garden City home.

24-year-old Richard Vaughan of Boise was charged with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
