Couple Arrested Following Break-In, Assault Over Skateboard

Robert Morris, 40, and Delah Ann Reidner, 43, both of Boise, are behind bars after being charged with multiple felonies following a dispute over a skateboard.

Oct. 7, Boise police were called to a disturbance at a home in the area of East Ustick and North Eagle Roads, where several people say a man and a woman forced their way into the home, in an apparent dispute involving a skateboard. Witnesses said the man carried a baseball bat and threatened the home's residents, using the bat in a fight with three of the residents. No one was seriously injured. The woman was also accused of being involved in the fight.

Morris and Reidner are charged with felony counts of robbery and battery, as well as misdemeanor counts of unlawful entry. Morris was also charged with a felony count of aggravated assault.
