Boise Man, Passed Out in Car, Jailed on Drug Charges, False Personation

jayson Dow, 36, is charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and false personation.

A Boise man is behind bars, facing felony drug charges, after being found passed out in a running car.

Boise Police were called to a parking lot on the 1100 block of South Vista Avenue in the late night hours of Nov. 19. That's where a citizen reported a man passed out in the driver's seat of a parked car with the engine running. When Officers woke up the man, the suspect gave police a false identification. Additionally, police found white powder that tested positive for meth, two glass pipes and other drug paraphernalia in the car.

36-year-old Jayson Dow of Boise was booked into the Ada County Jail on a charge of possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor charge of false personation.
