Robust Early Voting at Ada County Elections Office

Posted By on Thu, Oct 23, 2014 at 11:10 AM

Officials at the Ada County Elections Office say they're on track to see some record early-voting for a mid-term election.

To date, Ada County has had more than 3,500 early voters and has mailed out more than 24,000 absentee ballots, of which more than 8,900 have already been returned (the rest are due by Election evening).

Additionally, officials want to alert voters that this Saturday, Oct. 25, they'll hold special Saturday hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for early voting at 400 N. Benjamin Lane. Voters are reminded that they'll be asked to show photo ID, but voters without ID will be able to sign an affidavit to confirm identity.

More information about early voting or absentee voting is available here.
