Two men are behind bars, both charged in connection with two separate fighting incidents at the Revolution Events Center.

Garden City Police were summoned to the concert venue late Sunday night. That's when they found security staff holding one of the suspects down on the ground after the suspect hit a security officer. When Garden City Police tried to take the suspect into custody, he allegedly struck one of the policeman, injuring the policeman's shoulder and sending him to the hospital.

German Avalos, 21, of Boise was charged with battery and resisting arrest.

In a separate incident, another suspect was arrested following another fight at the concert venue. That suspect also allegedly hit a security officer. Garden City Police confronted the suspect outside of Revolution, but he did not go willingly. Police said they had to chase the suspect on foot before finally catching him on Glenwood Street.

Edgar Andrade, 26, of Boise was charged with battery, resisting arrest, providing false information, failure to appear on a previous charge and violating his probation.
