Board Set to Select Trustees

Posted By on Thu, Jul 5, 2007 at 4:00 AM

The Idaho State Board of Education is putting the selection of the first trustees of the newly formed College of Western Idaho on the fast track.

The board will hold a special meeting on Monday to select the five trustees who will direct the formation of the new community college in Ada County. More than 100 residents applied for the positions, which will be elected in the future.

It appears the board has some serious narrowing down to do.
